(Sept 8th - Mar 8th) Fifty pounds gone, just like that. Working out is amazing, but you have to change your diet. Trust me, this weight wasn’t lost doing the elliptical every day, it was lost by cutting out all the foods I had learned to love. Try cutting out gluten, diary, and processed foods for a month of your life and you will never want to go back.
I reeeeally need to learn to love myself no matter what. Its just really hard sometimes… :/

Time it took - Around 3 years, on and off. I didnt work properly till 2012 so It was more into that year. So I’d really say 2 years!
I just woke up one day saying to myself that I wasn’t happy. I didn’t realize how bad I actually got till I weighed myself. Now I’m a happy, slimmer me. And completely feel like a new person.
