I too, suffer from hangry.
1 Apple, Mixed nuts (mostly Almonds)/raisins, 1 banana, and 1 bottle of water! Trying to KICK those unhealthy cravings with some healthy snacks!
Also, don’t let your food be your poison!
Let’s be honest we all have our days. I usually don’t think the second but on occasion I will look in the mirror and be like… oh heeeey good lookin ;D
